Pokers allows you to log in using either your registered Pakistani mobile number or the username you created at registration. Both will work — use whichever is easier for you to remember. Most Pakistani players find the mobile number option more natural since it is the same number they use for Easypaisa or JazzCash. The mobile number should be entered in the standard Pakistani format: 03XX followed by seven digits.
What to Do If You Have Forgotten Your Password
If you cannot remember your Pokers account password, the quickest route to recovery is through the live chat support available on the platform. Our support team can verify your identity using your registered mobile number and date of birth, then send a password reset link to your registered email address. Password reset links expire after 15 minutes, so follow the link promptly once you receive it. Do not attempt to register a new account if you have forgotten your password — duplicate accounts violate the Pokers one-account-per-person policy and can result in both accounts being suspended.

Pokers is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS. The login page loads quickly even on standard 4G connections. A few practical tips for mobile login:
- Use your phone's built-in autofill if you have saved your Pokers credentials — it fills in both fields instantly.
- Enable the "Remember me" option if you are on a personal device that only you use. This keeps you logged in between sessions so you do not have to re-enter your details every time.
- Do not use "Remember me" on shared phones, family devices or office computers. Always log out manually from the account menu when your session is complete.
- If the page does not load correctly, try clearing your browser cache or switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data — or vice versa. Pokers is accessible on all major Pakistani mobile networks.
Account Locked? Here Is What Happens
If you enter an incorrect password several times in succession, your Pokers account login will be temporarily suspended as an automatic security measure. You will receive a notification on your registered mobile number. The suspension lasts a short period and then resets automatically. If you need immediate access — for example, you are in the middle of a live match — contact Pokers live support directly and they will verify your identity and restore access without delay.
After You Log In — Account Verification Reminder
If you registered recently and have not yet completed identity verification, you will see a prompt in your account dashboard after you log in. Verification requires uploading a clear image of your CNIC (front and back). This is a one-time process required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification typically completes within a few hours. Until then you can deposit and bet freely — you just cannot withdraw until verification is confirmed.
Setting Responsible Gaming Limits After Login
After you log in, navigating to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming gives you access to deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.
