Pokers Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect Every Player

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply consistently. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

• "Pokers" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at pokers-jit.com, including all associated services, features, games, and customer support.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account with Pokers or accesses the platform in any way.
• "Account" means the personal account registered in your name on the Pokers platform through which you access all services.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds currently held in your Pokers account, excluding any pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or matched deposit amount awarded by Pokers that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, poker hand, virtual sport, or any other betting market available on Pokers.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Pokers platform.
• "Platform" means the Pokers website, any associated mobile application, and all related software and services.

To use Pokers for real money wagering, you must register an account. Registration is free and takes less than two minutes. By registering, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete and truthful.
• You are registering a personal account for your own use only. Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an active Pokers account. Each individual is entitled to one account only. Duplicate registrations will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• You are not a person prohibited from using gambling or betting services under applicable law or any self-exclusion agreement you have entered into.

Pokers reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are responsible for the security of your Pokers account credentials at all times. Specifically:

• Keep your password private. Do not share your login details with anyone — not friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent Pokers support.
• Use a strong password that is unique to your Pokers account and not reused from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. This is strongly recommended, particularly if you maintain a significant account balance.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session. Pokers accepts no responsibility for losses arising from account access by an unauthorised third party where the account holder has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Notify Pokers support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us via live chat or email at support@pokers-jit.com.

Pokers will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from Pokers and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All deposits and withdrawals on Pokers are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification checks.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfers may take up to four hours to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
• Pokers does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Pokers is not responsible.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Pokers reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Pokers does not charge a withdrawal fee. External payment provider fees remain the player's responsibility.
• Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real money balance resulting from met wagering requirements is withdrawable.

All bets placed on Pokers are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant betting section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In-play bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the precise moment of bet placement — subsequent price movements do not affect already-placed bets.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market. Maximum bet limits are set per market and per event and may be adjusted by Pokers at any time, particularly in response to unusually large or suspicious betting patterns.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (in-play markets excluded) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Pokers reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies even where the bet has been confirmed by the system.
• Cricket match bets are subject to official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of abandonment, void or no result, standard match rules apply and specific outcome is dictated by the applicable cricket betting rules section.
• Accumulator bets where one or more legs are voided will have those legs treated as non-runners at odds of 1.00 for calculation purposes.

Pokers offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 10x) of the bonus amount or of the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Casino games and virtual sports contribution rates vary and are listed on the individual promotion pages.
• Pokers reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance, or any form of systematic exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pokers platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or closed immediately, with all balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of pre-arranged outcomes, or using non-public inside information in relation to any event, is a serious violation of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Collusion in poker: Coordinating with other players during poker hands — including chip dumping, sharing hole card information, or any form of team play — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Use of automated tools: Bots, betting scripts, automated clicking software, or any other non-human means of interacting with the Pokers platform are prohibited. All account activity must be carried out by the registered account holder as a natural person.
• Money laundering: Using Pokers for the purpose of moving, concealing or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Account selling or transfer: Pokers accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for funds that have been wagered is considered fraud. Pokers will pursue recovery of all fraudulently reversed funds and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

All content on the Pokers platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, betting odds displays, game interfaces, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of Pokers or its licensed third-party providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Pokers content without prior written permission.
• The Pokers brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any form without explicit authorisation.
• Scraping, mirroring or systematically extracting data from the Pokers platform — including odds data — is prohibited without a formal data licensing agreement.

Pokers provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a stable, reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• Pokers is not liable for losses arising from system downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end, or any events outside our reasonable control.
• Betting is an activity with inherent financial risk. Pokers does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for losses arising from normal betting activity.
• In the event of a confirmed technical error that results in incorrect odds or settlement, Pokers' liability is limited to the return of the original stake. No additional compensation is payable.
• Pokers is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise from your winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations under Pakistani law.

Pokers collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support. By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Pokers Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services solely for the purpose of operating your account.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data Pokers holds about you at any time by contacting support.

Either you or Pokers may close your account at any time.

Closure by you: You may request account closure by contacting Pokers support at any time. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.

Closure by Pokers: Pokers reserves the right to close or suspend any account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or any other reason that in Pokers' reasonable judgment makes continued account access inappropriate. Where closure is due to confirmed breach or fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool on the platform or contact support directly. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

Pokers may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at login.

• Continued use of the Pokers platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
